Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 10, 2026 — applies to all packages

1. Acceptance of terms

By using WaslaFlows services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all packages: Starter (SAR 999), Growth (SAR 1,999), Premium (SAR 2,999), and Custom.

2. Services provided

WaslaFlows delivers a bilingual Arabic/English website, booking calendar, and WhatsApp & email automations. Delivery time is 10 business days from the kickoff call.

The monthly software fee of SAR 450/month covers hosting, automation running, and platform access. The first month is free — billing starts after your free month.

3. Pricing & payment

One-time setup fees are charged per package: Starter SAR 999, Growth SAR 1,999, Premium SAR 2,999. Custom is quoted after a consultation call.

Monthly billing is recurring until cancelled. Payments are in SAR and processed via Mada, Apple Pay, or Visa/Mastercard through our certified payment provider.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, content, and assets (logos, images) within 48 hours of request. Delays in providing materials may extend the 10-day delivery timeline.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, hours, services, and pricing displayed on your website.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use WaslaFlows for unlawful activities, spam, or content that violates Saudi law. We reserve the right to suspend services for violations.

6. Intellectual property

Custom designs and automations built for you are yours once the setup fee is paid in full. The WaslaFlows platform and underlying software remain our intellectual property.

7. Termination

You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time. Setup fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. On cancellation, we provide 14 days to export your data.

8. Limitation of liability

WaslaFlows is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
