We also collect technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the website and our services.
If you connect your WhatsApp Business account or calendar through our integrations, message and booking data is processed by our integration provider on your behalf under their own terms.
2. How we use your information
To deliver the services you requested — website, booking calendar, WhatsApp and email automations.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages through WhatsApp and email.
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support during and after delivery.
To improve our services, analyze traffic, and create aggregated, non-identifiable analytics.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the integration providers required to deliver the service (messaging, calendar, payments, CRM) and Saudi Arabian authorities where legally required.
Payment processing is handled by our certified payment provider under PCI-DSS compliance; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, and for up to 24 months after termination to handle billing disputes and legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
5. Your rights under Saudi law
